A loan helped to pay for university fees.

Gloria's story

Gloria is young lady of 25 years, currently living in Nairobi Kenya with her mum and 5 siblings. Her mother is a social worker at a local clinic and her wage is not plenty to support all of her siblings needs. She began her University studies in 2011 but deferred because she did not have the funds to continue paying the tuition fees. Fortunately, she was recruited by Digital Divide Data (DDD) where talented youth from low-income backgrounds are helped to access professional opportunities and acquire higher education. DDD also offers a work-study program to its employees and she happens to be a beneficiary and will go back to finish her studies. Her long awaited dream to continue with her studies and pursuit a career in Law become true in January 2016. With the help of DDD partial scholarship, she has gone back to the university but she still needs a loan to raise the balance. She aims at becoming a professional lawyer and serves her society and the needy children by fighting for their rights.
