Lum's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped buying seeds, corn, beans, manure, fertilizer, and paying for farm labor.

Lum's story

As a widow, F. supports her six children by selling produce from her farm in her community in Bamenda. She will use this loan to purchase seeds for cocoyams, corn, beans, four bags of manure, one bag of fertilizer and for labor to clear and till her farmland.

F. is helping her community by creating employment opportunities on her farm and also by selling her produce at a convenient location for her customers. Prior to her involvement with GHAPE, she was unable to provide an education for her children. She also lost two dear people in her life—her husband and first son.

With the profits of this loan, F. now can provide a better life for her family by paying for their educational fees and books, and expanding her farm! F. appreciates GHAPE's gradual repayment schedule.
