The people in this group are known to be hardworking and responsible, with a desire to succeed. They currently fight daily to give their children a better future. Thanks to her desire for personal success, Silvia is the leader. She works selling handicrafts such as flower vases, large jars, pots, piggy banks, ashtrays, and frames. She has her business in a specific area of the region, and spends eight hours a day at work.

The purpose of the loan is to invest in work capital and stock her business buying and selling handicrafts in order the satisfy her customers, and obtain better earnings in the not distant future.
