Yurany Liceth's story

Yurany is a single mother who started her own business in order to achieve a steady income and provide for her son. She started out by completing some courses on event-planning, card-making, and gift-wrapping. Then she decided to open a gift shop where she could sell items related to her work and started her project.

Today, she has been in business for two years. Her business has diversified and is very well-stocked. She sells paper products, cosmetics, beauty products, gifts for every occasion, and even clothing items and more. Keeping a good stock is very important to her, which is why she is requesting her first Kiva loan through Fundación Mario Santo Domingo. She will invest in hair color, lotions, nail polish, nail-polish remover, accessories, and clothing.

Yurany is an excellent business manager. She considers this investment to be very timely and believes it will be a success.
