Noroharivelo's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy some bales of used items: mixed articles, dresses, sheets, and pots.

Noroharivelo's story

Noroharivelo is 43 years old. Her husband helps her earn the family income. The household has five children of whom four (16, 14, 10, and 8 years old) are in school.

Noroharivelo is specialized in retailing. Earlier on, she had one small grocery store. She began selling used clothing and other articles (pots and newspapers) in 2009. The business continued to develop. She has experience in choosing high-quality bales.

Previous loans allowed Noroharivelo to diversify her inventory and to open other sales points. She has two sales points and she's the one who manages the one for used clothing. The sales point for pots and plastic articles is kept by her husband. These activities constitute the principal sources of income for the household.

The couple intend to build a house which will be rented out to supplement the income from their present businesses.
