Ayim worked at one of the social organizations and she received an excellent recommendation from there. She worked as a film director's assistant for a social short film in Bishkek. She helped to organize the filmmaking process and also to allocate budget. The project has been finished successfully with the great help of Ayim. Aside from all of the above, Ayim is a good team player with a very open and engaging personality. Ayim hopes to get financial support from AUCA. She is applying for a KIVA loan, so that she can cover her tuition fees.
