Amanda, 63, lives in her own home with her two daughters who work as teachers in a school near to their place of residence. Amanda makes her living making antojitos [snacks] such as toasts with slices of fried potato, yucca, plantain and so on, which she sells in the streets in neighboring areas. Amanda is seeking financing to buy ingredients: fresh fruit, oil and so on to improve her kitchen which is what she is showing in the photograph: this is where she makes the food to continue with her business and continue providing the daily sustenance in her home.
