The Red Hat team consists of employees only, we work for a company that helps people use free and open source software as effectively as possible. Free and open source software is software that you can get from the internet for no cost, and you have the freedom to look at the source and do with it what you want. This helps people educate themselves, but also creates better software as many people can look at it and find bugs.
