- New Englanders have a history of being self sufficient and independent as well as exhibiting pride in their individual state's heritage, yet they are bound together by their unique geography and history. It is the smallest region in the continental United States which is not blessed with large farmable land or a mild climate, but it has played a dominant role in the cultural and economic development of America. Our New England Team members would like to pass along these gifts to others willing to work hard to benefit their own local communities with their skills and intiative.
