We want to support the hard work of small business owners in Burundi through Kiva's partner Turame Community Finance. Although just in its pilot phase with Kiva, Turame is a standout among microfinance institutions in the country.

We motivate others to lend to Kiva's first partner in Burundi, Turame Community Finance. Our goal is to fully fund their first borrowers as soon as Kiva posts them, so Turame can move to active phase and access much more capital!
