We want to give all people the opportunity to help themselves be successful at improving their family and community.

About us
We loan to people in need in memory of Elsa who spent her life giving her love and strength to her family and to the people she knew. She passed away in August 2009 but we will always remember her for her good heart and her belief in the human spirit.
