Future Women Leaders' mission is to promote the leadership development of women both personally and professionally. KIVA empowers individuals who are changing their destiny through entrepreneurism and economic independence, and enables FWL to help women not only locally but globally as well.

About us
Future Women Leaders (FWL) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization of all ages women in the San Francisco Bay Area. We consist of a core leadership team and a board of directors, who lead and provide services for over 500 members in all different industries.

FWL was founded at the start of the millennium to promote the professional development of Bay Area women professionals through leadership development, mentoring, and networking.
