All of her children go to school. She takes care of additional family members (relatives). She has a business of selling charcoal at the market on retail and has been in this business for 10 years. She has applied for a loan of 1,700,000 Uganda shillings from MCDT SACCO which she wants use to buy more bags of charcoal. Besides this charcoal business she generates additional income through a retail shop. Her major business challenges include seasonality and thieves. She aspires to go to the village of Luwero to buy bags of charcoal become a wholesaler and also to build rental rooms. She resides in the home that she owns and the family has access to electricity and piped water.
