I am blessed to live in a free county with lots of opportunity. I am only 2-3 generations from the situations some of these clients are in (my great grandfather came from Italy to Ohio and after a couple hard years with the railroads he bought a peanut cart--the rest is history. KIVA is a better way to help people than giving random small dollar handouts.
About me:
I have been a lawnboy, grocery bagger, factory worker, and photographer to put myself through college. I got my liberal arts degree, worked for a salary for 10 years along with other part-time jobs, to own my own business. (Oh I'm a father of two and decent husband too). My success in being self employed is because of my hard work, and the blessings of others who gave me a chance or a big break. Most importantly the people who set me up with outside the box financing of my building. Now I'm trying to pass it on.
