Bio:: Vikram has worked for the Financial Services practice of the global management consulting firm, Booz & Company, since graduating from the University of Pennsylvania in 2009. He has served clients across the Financial Services landscape: Asset Managers, Central Counterparties, Credit Rating Agencies, Custodians, Insurers, Mortgage Originators and Servicers, Retail Banks, and Retail Brokerages. He has also worked on pro-bono projects for the Clinton Economic Opportunity Initiative, which is part of the Clinton Foundation. Most recently, he led a team of three NYU Stern students and four Booz consultants to advise the Clinton Foundation on how it can facilitate the sustainability of Community Development Financial Institutions. Vikram is particularly interested in understanding how to increase the flow of capital to underserved communities and individuals, and he seeks to further this understanding through the Kiva experience. Vikram has had significant global exposure, having visited over 50 countries and having spent extended periods in five. He has worked in Germany, South Korea, and the United Kingdom, studied abroad in Prague, and volunteered for a HIV/AIDS NGO in ‘Ntenjeru, Uganda.
