Putting some money to work where it can actually achieve something permanent. Where it can help people take control of more of their own lives. That is what drives me professionally, and I like the thought that it is now driving the use of my money as well.

I help people in organisations to work more effectively together on complex problems, to learn more effectively from eachother, and to use the tools that make most sense to the person using them in that context.
