I loan because:: I belie that the only way we are going to survive as a species on this planet is to learn to cooperate. The age of national rivalries, with every one looking after their own interests and not caring what happens to other people in the rest of the world is coming to an end. We can no longer keep behaving at if our destructive actions have no consequences. The fact is that our very survival is at stake. The good thing about Kiva is that it allows you to take direct action when helping someone and keep track of how effective your money has been. I belie that making donations like this is one of the best ways of taking personal responsibility for making the world a better and fairer place.
About me:: I work in London for a company called Interoffice. We supply state of the art office furniture in London and across the United Kingdom. We also help put clients design the best office layout for their premises. We do our very best to meet our customers needs whatever the type of office or building they have. We belie that having an attractive work space is vital for the best efficiency of our clients employees and ultimately the profitability of their companies. Working in London can be slightly over whelming at times but it is also great fun because there is so much to do with your time and so many people to meet and socialise with.
