I loan because:
Investing in education and small businesses is the surest way to plant a seed that will result in tolerant, sustainable, cooperative societies. I never made it through any endeavor in my life without the support of others. This is a small way for me to pay it forward. I choose to sponsor the most underrepresented of humanity - women of third world countries. I also choose African nations in hopes that they can flourish successfully in my lifetime.
About me:
I am an electrical engineer and a Navy Reserve officer. While I am passionate about those careers, I am most proud of my time giving back to the communities I live in. I recruit other engineers at the University of Texas at Austin and I volunteer my time in local events in Fort Worth, Texas.
