About me:: I have worked in some amazing Scientific Research and Development labs in U.K and in U.S. More recently switched to working for Internet companies of one sort or another. Today I work as an Agile Coach, guiding teams in Agile practices and most importantly how to collaborate and coordinate with each other while delivering value. I have come to realize that more often then not most work is performed by teams yet most people in Technology have only sharpened one side of the saw - only in technical know how but rarely have played team sports to know how to work as an effective team.
