The best way for me to do do this right now is by lending capital to assist those who have the drive to start their own businesses. Kiva allows me to do that on a global scale.
The money isn't a handout, it's a loan. That's important to me. Besides, when a person pays off their loan, I put it right into someone else's business. I decide where the money goes and I can track progress, so it feels much different than blindly sending a check and hoping for the best. - About me:
