After I listened to the Venture Voice podcast featuring Kiva, I was overjoyed because I have been waiting for a site like this to go online for years. Micro-finance is an incredible tool in the eradication of poverty and uplifting of individual self-worth and dignity. It is a personal honor to contribute time and resources to this cause.

I am a business intelligence developer at a mid-size Texas-based insurance company located in the DFW Metroplex. Being a part of Kiva fits in perfectly with my desire to help others by empowering them to help themselves.
