I loan because:
The Social Entrepreneurs of Grinnell (SEG) seek to foster mutually empowering connections between the developed and developing world. SEG works to give agency to individuals in order to address social and economic problems of inequality. We loan because we think that micro-financing is a way for all individuals to participate in development efforts around the world. We want to enable people to invest in their own lives; we want all people of the world to be able to create a better life for themselves and their families.
About me:
The Social Entrepreneurs of Grinnell is a student run campus group based in Grinnell College, Grinnell, Iowa.
