I'll be honest, living in Britain my whole life I've kind of felt like a spoilt boy - I've never had to work an honest days work in my whole life and yet have had my every need and want provided for by two loving parents.
While I love my parents for bringing me up without any major suffering or worries, I feel it wrong for me to take so much without giving back; its time for me to do my bit to reduce World Suck!
I think loans are a fantastic way to help people because simply giving money doesn't really help in the long run. Investing money in long-term infrastructure so poor people can earn significant amounts of money is a better solution. It also helps to know where my money is going and what its being spent on, something that most charities lack!
I learn stuff that'll probably never ever be used in my life because screw normality, I want to join the circus. :P
