- About me:
- Sean Howell, work on Wall St and an entrepreneur. After living in Tanzania, I continue to be involved with a number of East African non-profits and support a registered non-governmental organization, the Community Development and Relief Agency (www.CODRA.org). CODRA works on protecting the environment, health, education, micro-credits, and good governance. I have been a fellow of the World Affairs Council (www.world-affairs.org) and currently serve as a trustee of their board. At the Council I am also President of the Young Professionals International Network. I am a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University. My personal interests include socially responsible investments, emerging markets, outdoor recreation, and the arts—I've served as an Arts Commissioner for the city of Seattle. I am the co-founder of Friends of Seattle (www.friendsofseattle.org). When not trying to effect change, I enjoy playing Scrabble at Vivace café on Capitol Hill.
