I loan because:
I am a big believer in helping people help themselves. I see how hard people are working, around the world, and I saw a small way that I could make a difference in their lives. I think we have a tendency to think of people in other countries as being "far away", and "unlike us", and I work hard to think of everyone in the world as being an individual, with a story, and similar to me in some aspects. This was a good way for me to work on that! I am inspired by all of the entrepreneurs I see here.
About me:
As an occupational therapist, I work with people who have experienced illness or disability and are unable to do their work, look after their families, or other important daily activities. I help them to return to their daily functional activities.
