I loan because:: I know how critical a loan can be for anyone wanting to improve their lives, their communities and thereby the world. I primarily invest in Farming and food-related activities as I used to be a farmer and seller of vegetables at farmers markets, and I know how it is never-ending work for little money, but very rewarding in many other ways, deeply educational, and a critical glue for rural communities. I have been without access to money at various times in my life; I realize how fortunate I am, and would prefer to invest in people and communities rather than corporations.
