I loan because:: I am a Christian and minister's wife and this scripture really speaks to my heart: Matthew 25:34-36 "Then the King will say to those on his right, 'Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.' If some of my money could help a person be able to support themselves and their family, my question is "How could you NOT do this." I don't even care if I get the money back, because to me it's not about that.
About me:: I have several jobs, I am a church secretary, and I care for people in their homes cleaning etc. so they can stay in their homes. I am also the youth and children's minister in my church (volunteer work). It's a very small church and by most standards my husband and I are low income, but who can't afford $25.00 at a time????
