Part of venture capital is to provide the necessary funds to start-up enterprises in exchange for a piece of the company in the hope that it does well enough to realize financial gain. Here is a similar idea in a much more direct and heartfelt way. Giving a bit of assistance to a growing enterprise, not in search of financial return, but for the betterment of the world as a whole.
About me:
I have worked in large refineries around the world helping them improve their operations. Currently, I work in my company's venture capital division, investing in ideas and technology developed in start-up companies that can help improve operations and help sustain our future.
