About me:
I work for the US Department of Energy. I organize workshops on export control of commodities that have both a military and civilian use (dual-use commodities) for front-line enforcement officers (Customs and Border Guards), export license reviewers, and enterprises that produce those commodities. My portfolio of countries includes the countries of the Caucasus region (Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia), Russia, and Ukraine. My portfolio previously included Central Asia.
