My education is in economics and my faith is in the Holy Trinity. These types of loans provide market-based opportunities to people who have had far less opportunities than I've had. Jesus taught us that when we help the least among us we honor Him. Making microloans allows me to use the same dollars over and over to help others. Sustainable Philanthropy! How can it get better than that!
About me:
I buy and sell tiny ownership stakes in very large companies. I hope to buy low and sell high and make a profit. That's me chasing my son in the 50M dash. He's autistic and doesn't fully understand races but he loves being chased. As you can see, we're both having a great time.
