I loan because:: I want to support women and children as I see them as the most vulnerable to social, economic and polictical change. I also think if we help women we help a family somewhere and we also support children. I want to be part of something like Kiva to empower women, support children and provide funds for ongoing everyday needs
About me:: I work with community groups teaching (mostly older) people how to write their family stories. I write and publish about women's lives, family history and how to write books.
