I loan because:
others are born lucky, while others make their own luck and fight for the tiniest morsel, a drop of water, freedom, the chance of an education and last but not least, to exist in peace, to breathe and to experience freedom from oppression. My heart aches for the oppressed and forgotten victims of greed and injustice. I am nothing but a bystander/witness to the atrocities committed while those able help lives in ambivalence with wide eyes closed. I feel guilty with the luck of being born in safety and freedom. Sheer luck. (One day we all will die, so please try and share your blessings/luck with everyone before returning to mother nature, back to the cosmos, whenever that may be. Have the courage to flourish and live out your life because we all face mountains and we either climb or stay in the foothills. Be grateful for the our short time on earth as we journey around the sun. ) Del rio al mar, Palestina será libre.
About me:
Just want to lend a helping hand, just like someone has done for me. So I'm paying my blessings forward. I believe if you help a person or a group of people, you help the community, thus changing the world a little bit for the better. I just wish I could help more people, but then there's always next lifetime, hopefully I'll be more purposeful than a wanton, selfish and wasteful human. Let me be a butterfly, whose life is useful, beautiful, yet short-lived.)
