I loan because:: It is the right thing to do. The cold indifference needed to not try and help people in less wealthy parts of the world would be as bad, to my mind, as if I had caused them to be less wealthy in the first place. It's better than giving to charity because the money is re-paid and then I can give it again. So the benefits keep multiplying.
About me:: I work in a wildlife reserve managing the land for conservation (so lots of wildlife can live there) and helping to educate people about the importance of nature. Also, I help people who want to come and visit the park to do so safely and in a way that will not harm the wildlife.
