I loan because:
I've traveled extensively in developing countries and have been impressed by the dedication and ingenuity of people with fewer financial resources than I have. So, if I can help a little I’m happy to do so. rnThis loan was made as a “memorial”. I recently found out that my favourite teacher passed away with cancer. He was my art teacher in high school in the early 1980’s. He inspired all his students to live well and responsibly, and to respect the dignity of others. I think he would have been very pleased that this loan was made in his memory. His name was Berkley Brean, from Kingston, Ontario, Canada (February 25, 1943 to November 04, 2006)rn
