I loan because:: I heard Jessica, one of the founders speak at BLC 08 in Boston. (you can read about this on my blog) Her passion and purpose speak volumes to what our world needs to be. I wanted to get a family group started for my children and I to select projects and loan together; that is my next step. I loan because the world is really a very small place where we are more connected than most people realize. I hope in some small way I can make a difference too.
About me:: I am a teacher of English and the Webmaster at my school. I am also a gardener, book lover, bird watcher, graduate student, and technology advocate.
