My wife and I recently returned, October 2009, from a trip to Kenya and Tanzania. We loved Africa and the people we met. In Africa we saw hardworking people who were very appreciative of even a little help to improve their life. Through Kiva we're pleased to find a way to help aspiring individuals to grow and improve their business and home life.
About me:
I worked 39 years for the states of Washington and Oregon. My work was primarily with children, their families, the elderly and care facilities for children, the aged and developmentally disabled adults.
