I loan because:
We loan to Kiva because it is kind and people get a chance for a better life; also when people get more money they can loan to other people around them. We loan to Kiva because some people don't have enough money to make money. We loan to Kiva because when a business is started then the whole town could get a job and life would be easier. About me:
Upland students are taught to have responsibility, trust and understanding towards others. I would describe our class as generous and kind. We raised the money for our loans by selling Valentine's cards that we made. Upland is a very good school, not just our education, but also in our character. We are energetic and fun loving, and we love playing games at recess. We are the 5th grade class and we are hard working, and we like to help a lot of people. We especially like to help each other and care for each other. We also love to learn and explore new things.
