Bio:: Julia Kastner most recently served as project manager at the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC), focusing on city-wide strategic policy initiatives and internal business analysis. While at NYCEDC, she was also the alumni mentoring program co-chair of the Beginning with Children Foundation (BwCF) Junior Board after having served as the alumni program associate. BwCF is a non-profit organization that supports the operations for two charter schools in Brooklyn. She is fluent in Spanish and proficient in French, and she received a BA in economics at McGill University with minors in political science and Spanish literature.
