Bio:: Josh currently works in the Strategy and Operations practice at Deloitte Consulting and has experience assisting organizations across various industries in performance improvement, market assessments, and financial analysis. He will be taking a sabbatical from this full-time job to pursue his fellowship in Ica, Peru. He also received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington Business School, studying finance, economics, and corporate strategy. He learned Spanish in school and while studying abroad in Granada, Spain, and has been a volunteer on the Kiva Spanish translation team since February 2009.
