- Jose hails from Bogotá, Colombia, and is currently an MBA candidate from Grenoble Graduate School of Business in London. Jose has traveled extensively in order to prepare himself for the corporate world, and has a strong background in the financial and banking industries. His interest in international business began 10 years ago when he traveled to the United States for the first time to learn English and explore different cultures. After this, he traveled around Europe, gained work experience in Colombia and ended up in London as part of a corporate scholarship. He is very interested in microfinance and is thrilled at the idea of helping people while learning. Jose strongly believes that the skills he has gained through his international work experience, combined with his Latin American roots and cultural foundation, will serve as a great asset to the Kiva mission.
