Bio:
Born and raised near Vancouver, Canada, Jon has studied, volunteered and traveled for much of his adult life. After completing a diploma in Horticulture and running a landscape business, he wanted something more. Going on a volunteer trip with Adventures in Missions (AIM) on the "World Race" he found himself in 11 countries in 11 months volunteering alongside many different organizations coming along side their programs and working where needed. In 2007, on this trip in Swaziland, while researching to start up a Micro Credit branch with an aid Organization Jon realized his love for business and for micro loans. This lead him to study at University of Victoria on Vancouver Island, Canada to receive his BCom in International Business. While not studying or traveling, Jon likes to jog, paint, cook, bake and spend time with friends and his wonderful family including five nieces and nephews.
