About me:
I have a very interesting job! I work in the Laboratory of Paleo-environmental Research at a university and I count how much maize pollen, (a relative of corn) is in a sample of soil that came from the bottom of a lake in Costa Rica. Maize needs people to help it grow and we do this so we can find out when people starting living around this lake many thousands of years ago.
