- The concept behind Kiva.org intrigued me, as a much of my job is related to the provision of business services to small business start-ups. Finding a mechanism to help transform the lives of others by donating small sums to those willing to take on the challenge of business under some of the most difficult of conditions is great and I’m pleased to play a small part.
I recently heard a quote that expresses some of what I feel “The great thing in this world is not so much where we stand, as in what direction we are moving." (Oliver Wendell Holmes) being part of this project takes me a step in a direction I rather like.
