I am a privately employed lawyer ( attorney -- combination of a solicitor and barrister ) who helps injured workers obtain money from workers' compensation companies. My clients pay me a per cenatage ( % ) of the money that I obtain for them ( cotingent fee ). If I am unsuccessful, my clients do not pay a fee.
