- I am trying to make this life meaningful and do my part. My whole life I believed in what is fair and just - and this inequity in the developing world is not very fair or just. The living conditions are horrible for a human being, and 50,000 people a day are dying - if that happened in New York or Toronto or London - well, the rest of us would snap to attention in a hurry. I would like to help someone have the same chances that I have. I hope it helps.
