My gripes are small compared with the challenges most of these people face, lending allows me to help those with less opportunities than I have. It reminds me how lucky I am to live in a first world country. Sounds noble but no, I am just trying to keep grounded.
About me:
My work? Not really what I would like to be doing for 50 hours a week, but it does pay me. I'd much rather be riding my bike, travelling, or sitting with a book in one hand and a beer in the other (but um... none of those will pay me).
