While on a build site with Habitat for Humanity in Uganda, I met this wonderful inspiring woman Glenda. She visited some Kiva-supported business owners in person. Talking to her reassured me that Kiva and the partnered local banks were handling the money with integrity. I became a lender soon after. What a great way to be connected with the rest of the planet.
