- I’m an avid lifelong learner with almost two decades of experience in strategic design, experience design, and management of digital transformation processes.
I currently work as an independent contractor, leveraging my vast experience with digital projects in a variety of organizations, from startups to enterprises, across a broad array of sectors.
I've worked with clients such as Vodafone, L'Oréal, Seedrs, Landing.jobs, Grupe Adeo, and Banco de Portugal (the Portuguese central bank), among many others.
My work is focused on outcomes, not outputs. In the end, it's all about adding value to your business. For that, agility, collaboration, continuous learning, and customer-centricity are key.
Design for me is an exercise of zooming in and out, from micro to meta, and the spaces in between. That connects strategy and action in a continuum where all stakeholders are aligned to meaningfully impact systems, businesses, and people.
