- I loan because:
- I have the money to do it. I fix bikes but I can still afford to help someone else out. I look around and see people spend $25 on drinks and dinner, I think the loan can make more difference for someone than a $25 dinner for me (although I still treat myself :)
- About me:
- I fix bicycles and I live well. I work for a program that lends bikes to people that need bikes. I attempt to loan mostly to people working with bicycles or hairstylists. I hope to help others to live well. Bicycles have been good to me and I would like to think it can be good to others in the same ways. It has provided independence for me my whole life, whether it was as a kid and the bike gave me my first ability to get places on my own or as an adult where it has supported me financially.
