Kiva Lender: FIU Microlenders

Occupation: Student Organization / Non-Profit Corp
I loan because: The FIU Micro Lenders, a new student organizing committee at Florida International University, as well as a non-profit 501c3 Florida corporation is committed to helping fight global poverty. Via mutually beneficial partnerships with local businesses, fund-raising efforts, and encouraging microfinance education for FIU's students they seek to provide tools for everyone to make their own contribution to a better world.

We will continue to forge partnerships within our community, raise awareness of the powerful force of microfinance, and redefine what it means to be an International Business student.
